Where are the parrots?

Tale of the Dragon introduced parrots. I remember they were on Deep Jungle map, when the first version released. Now I can't set them in the map editor. Only a shadow, what I can see and hear the creation sound, but they are not visible. I checked the Deep Jungle map file. They were removed and now there are hawks on jungle maps. Why?
