Just for fun I was thinking of which nation could make the strongest possible revolution units in terms of stats(since they seem pretty weak!) I was thinking maybe ports because they have cards for artillery HP and gunpowder unit HP, but I noticed otto also has artillery attack and HP as well, anyone have any other card/tech combo ideas that could make the strongest revolution units possible?
