Scroll speed when walling

I've searched on youtube, google and, reddit for anybody with an explanation of why this happens and got nothing. When I start walling, if my cursor goes to the edge of the screen and its like the scroll speed was amplified 10x times and my screen moves so sporadically its impossible to wall. Otherwise my scroll speed is normal (about half full on the options menu). Does anybody know why this is happening? I play on steam 1400 dpi no mouse acceleration.
