How To Have Good Military As Saracens

Hello everyone! I started playing as the Saracens because I am really interested in their history as a proud Arab. I am really good at microing my villagers and creating a really good economy, I can hit castle age by around 16:40 minutes which isn't that bad for a noob. But one thing I kind of suck at is knowing when/how to create a military. I don't really know when to build military buildings/units and which upgrades I should get. I don't know what is the best to counter which units, and I don't how much I should train of a particular unit and which army composition I should look for. The only strategies I know are the infamous smush and fast castle (which isn't really a strat but it is a basis for a strat). Can anyone help me learn the military of the Saracens and what is the best to go for in common situations. Thanks a bunch in advance! :) <3
