I'm a new player, but used to play regularly 8 years ago. I'm in the market for a new monitor, and wanted to know does it make a difference if I buy a gaming monitor with 2ms input-lag vs a normal one with 8ms input-lag for AOE2 to get to a 1600 voobly rating.
