Has anyone received an error message when beginning the game in which the game is unable to sync with your XBOX ID? The message continues with noting that you will not be able to save progress in campaigns.
I just spent several hours on the phone with Microsoft to no avail, including reinstallation, ensuring appropriate OS, signing in and out of my Microsoft account. Worse yet, when connected to WiFi, clicking “Ok” on the error message creates a loop in which the same error message returns immediately.
At this point, I’ve requested a refund, but I cannot be the only one to have struggled with this...
