Bugged achievements :( - Still can't get Eternal Gratitude or Chasing the Crown. Anyone else?

As title says.

Eternal Gratitude is finding the penguin on Vindlandsaga and Chasing the Crown is killing king early in first Burmese mission. Both I've "done" but no achievement. Eternal Gratitude is very easy to test -- build dock and transport and just send a villager to Greenland at top left part.

Anyone else have these bugs? Or found any solutions? Trying to 100% but really don't want to be stuck on these easy achievements :(
