Hey there guys im fairly new to the game 1 week in and i keep losing to my friend who only plays Ra. How do i counter his Boom Heroic Rush?

We both started playing a week ago and i just cant win vs his Ra at all. I enjoy playing Norse the most any suggestions on how to counter his Boom strategy where he just plays defensive and waits till late game?
