How would the game Change if Palisade Walls were upgradeable

Right now Palisade walls have 250 HP, and 2/5 Armor.

I wonder if they would give a new Castle Age Tech that could transforms "Palisade Walls" into "Wooden Walls" with a new stats of 400 HP, and 3/6 Armor.

One big change is probably the Cumans Team Bonus would allow Wooden Walls to go to 600 HP, and to go further beyond a Byzantines Wooden wall with Cuman Allies in Imperial Age could have 760 HP. A Fully Upgraded Vanilla Wooden Walls(with Masonry and Architecture) would have 480 Health and 5/8 Armor.

While this doesn't really makes them a replacement for Stone Walls, since Stone Walls have 1800 HP in castle and a whole lot more armor, it might be good for Civs like Goths and Cumans, maybe make it cost some Stone to Research it just for balance.
