I need someone to mod the nomad RMS and make castles have 0 range for my Tiny Nomad No Castles gamemode.

I play tiny Nomad No castles, but when doing this gamemode people don't have access to their unique techs. So I am requesting someone to mod the Nomad RMS and change castle's range to 0, or something else to prevent them from attacking and send it to me.
