1. Philippines - colonialised by the U.S. after Philippine-American war.

2. Smoa - colonialised by the U.S. after Second Samoan War.

3. Hawai - colonialised by the U.S.

It is very nice that the Dev. use this DLC chance to remain us all the the U.S. is also a colonialist, just like the British Empires, even predated her Oils War today.
