Is there a mod to use the current event skin for Scout Cavalry to indicate it's hidden feudal age upgrade?

Upon reaching Feudal Age, Scout Cavalry are automatically upgraded and gain +2 attack, +2 Line of Sight, and +0.35 movement speed. This change is not visually indicated to the player except via stats.

I sometimes miss this in scout fights on first glance so I thought it could be helpful to use the current skin for sc only in dark age to increase visual clarity. Is there already a mod that does this or something similar?
