We need a sticky post to talk about WK balance

As you know expansions getting big exposure in tournament games and voobly (Thanks to jineapple and userpatch staff. We owe them a big thank you)

But at the same time there are a lot of discussion about new units (arambai, condo, imp camels etc....), new techs (paper money, recurve bow, Sipahi etc...), new civ bonuses (indian villie discount, malian pierce armor etc...), a whole new water balance...

Thanks to weekly civ discussion, newcomers at least get some basic ideas but i believe we should also get a sticky post about balance. There are TONS of new topics about balance changes. Sometimes good ideas go unnoticed, sometimes unnecessary topics being created etc.
