Why relic descriptions aren't up to date in EE?

Here are the relic changes by FE team: - The Scarab Pendant relic now affects Fire Siphons. - The Toothed Arrows and Trios Bow relics now affect Throwing Axemen. - The Bow of Artemis relic now affects Throwing Axemen and all ranged myth units.
