build orders 1 minute slower in multiplayer

I cant execute the BOs the same way in multiplayer as in singleplayer. I cant figure out why. so with exactly the same BO I am short of 100-200 both food and food when going for fc. all while finding all resources early enough to not have any delay nor idle vills.

anyone have the same problem? dark age is so damn easy I have no idea how this can go wrong. I thought its because of lag but last game didnt lag in dark age and same thing happened, I even went 1 more vill which was still not enough
