[PC][Gamepass] Anybody come across this before?"Unable to sign in to Xbox Live 'Not Enough memory resources are available to complete this operation'"

So just downloaded this game with gamepass, tried to run it 3 separate times and this error keeps coming up. I've tried restarting the xbox app, updating my gpu drivers and restarting my pc, and reinstalling the xbox app as a whole and I still cant sign in to actually play the game.

Also I have 36gb of ram and task manager is reporting its at %20 usage.

I've tried to google this but havent come across any fixes, was wodnering if anybody else had this and was able to resolve it.
