Can I share a copy of AOE2 from game pass for pc with my kids?

I am looking for a resource that explains how to share games that I have access to through game pass for pc with accounts that are part of my Microsoft family. Specifically, I have 2 steam copies of Age of Empires II and my youngest (6) now wants to play with his brother and me, but I can't seem to get AOE2 to download to his Microsoft account. As much as I love AOE2 I don't really want to pay for a 3rd full copy (particularly after accidentally buying a copy of AOE and not being able to get a refund for it from Microsoft).

Is family sharing a thing on game pass for pc? Do I need to have him play as my steam account and I play on the game pass copy? I've love for him to be able to have his own name etc.
