Does anyone else feel like the Celts sheep "bonus" is more of a disadvantage?

For the record I'm not arguing the Celts need a buff, they're already an A or S class civ. I'm just curious to know if anyone else is often screwed over by their sheep bonus. It of course makes it easier for you to steal your opponent's sheep, and it makes it easier to reclaim your sheep if your opponent steals them--provided they don't die, cuz it also makes it much easier for your opponent to kill them.

Let's say the enemy scout intercepts your sheep as they're walking to your TC or finds them first. The moment you move a vil or scout close to them, they're dead, cuz the scout can easily kill them (whereas with other civs, the scout won't be able to kill them until he's let them leave his line of sight, then finds them again). This has happened to me so many damn times.

Also, Celts are the only civ that's unable to kill enemy sheep. I don't like doing that anyway (exploiting RNG is cheap), it's just kind of dumb that it's not an option.

I can't think of any other "bonus" that's hurt me more than it's helped.
