Lately we've noticed a lot of one-sided games because of smurfs. When we check their win rates afterwards they have like 80% win and less than 100 games played. Often they have another account with a similar or same name where their ELO is like 400 points higher.
Is this considered a problem for the community, and if yes, how can it be solved?
For me the whole purpose of ELO is to have games between equally skilled players. Smurf accounts destroy this purpose. Not just by artificially decreasing their own ELO, but also by decreasing our ELO.
