Burgher: Upgraded villagers who work faster, resist conversion, and produce a VERY small trickle of resources while garrisoned in town centers.

(Upgrade Cost: 500 food, 500 gold. 5% work rate increase. 50 garrisoned burghers equals 30 of each resource per minute).
