The Inca nerf across the board

The last patch seems to have senselessly nerfed Inca from maybe the least popular civ, into straight garbage. I can swallow all the nerfs so far that have hit the Inca, until we get to this;

Kallanka: Now also supports 10 population, similar to a House.

What? Did we just do this so that it supports the same as a house? The Inca are the only civ to not hit their population cap through houses and town centers. They get 13 kancha houses, and 3 tc to support just 160 population, down from 186.

This is purely a midgame-lategame nerf. Inca players are either dropping tons of extra kancha or trade posts; so population space is only a lategame concern.

The civ by design wins lategame engagements through force of mass due to not having access to cannon. Now to hit 200 population I need to take 4 trade posts, or dedicate cards to compensate for this shit mechanic. That's not even possible every game. Which other civ has such arbitrary restrictions? Instead of going down to 10, if anything we should of seen it go upto 13; or increase the Kancha build limit to 15 or something, no way is the food econ OP when we have upto 20 torps.
