Can't seem to run AoM, 'please login with admin...' (windows 10)

As title says I can't seem to run AoM, I installed it from disc with legit key (old) and it returns the error 'please login with administrator privileges and try again'.

I obviously googled it and most people believe its the 'KB3086255' update. I tried to uninstall the update but I don't seem to have it. I have 8 updates installed and trying to search for the KB3086255 update returns nothing.

I tried to change permissions to run as admin, turned off notifications to stop the confirm message appearing when running as admin and that doesn't work.

I also changed permissions to allow access to users etc and still doesn't run.
