I was at work last night and I though of a feudal age unit called a vaulter.

It would be a unit that vault over single layer walls and pressure a walled opponent.

Its stats would be 40 hp 2 attack 0 melee and pierce armour the same speed as a scout and a bit faster creation than a spearman (20 seconds)
