That’s when the AOK campaigns come in. He started playing them for nostalgia sake because “Wallace has come!!!” and the pop limit of 75 actually got him into playing pop efficiently. He is now finally using camels to counter Paladins instead of pikemen and Mangudai for raiding instead of light cav.
