Help again, against stringer opponent

Well this time I'm facing a much stronger adversary, but I have knowledge that he has not. First, he will use Turks.

Second, he won't scout my base (90% probable).

Third, he WILL do an scout rush, 3/6 scouts.

Fourth, map will be arena.

Fifth, he is very good walling up, and using TC as choke point.

Ideas, strategies?
