people who usually played on Voobly, what is your game's player's ping and what is the delay?

I am from Australia so this maybe just for me. I started playing on voobly today and I found that ingame people around me is ~300 ping (while on the pregame page when everyone having a ping number beside their name). Is this normal? I played the game and i experience a 2~3 sec delay for every command, thus I am not really able to hit and run with my CA. is this normal too?
