Looking for advice about how to righteously smite my brother

My brother and I play a few games of AoE2 every time he's in town. It's a lot of fun, but I lose to him EVERY time.

He has exactly one strategy: play the Turks, then create a giant army of the damn Bombard Cannons and Janissaries and blast me to death from long-range.

I've tried all the counter-strategies available on the AOE wiki and in various videos. I've had decent luck turtling with the Koreans, but he insists on playing on high-wood, low-water maps where he's not at risk by sea, and can exchange wood for gold infinitely at his market (making the late-game gold starvation strategy useless). The only real advantage I have against him is siege onagers, which I can use to tunnel into forests to delay his inevitable slash and burn invasion of my base. The one game where I haven't been roundly defeated was when I tunneled all the way around the perimeter of the map in an increasingly Sisyphean attempt to confuse him with scattered bases. Eventually, he got so tired of chasing me that he forfeit.

But in the interest of not engaging in a five-hour stalemate every time we play...how the devil do I beat the Turks?
