I once reached 1400 on the Voobly New Player lobby and now no matter how many times I change my IP address or create new accounts, I am not able to join the New Player Lobby again. It somehow figures out I'm banned from that lobby on another account/IP at some point.
How is this possible? Does it save like some data on my local computer and infect new accounts I create?
