My game is too fast?

I just installed the game, jumped into random map and everything is fast as fuck. My ulfsark is running like he just did 30 lines of cocaine, ox cart has a ferrari engine built in and my gatherers are going to die of a heart attack if they keep going at this rate.

What's going on here? Lightning mode is not on. I assume it might be some fps problem because I have too many frames? How to fix? Thanks.
