I downloaded the WoL mod from ModDB and played a skirmish. No issues at first but as game progressed and I reached the fifth age I noticed periodic stuttering. Thinking they were temporary spikes I ignored them but the frequency gradually kept increasing, and by the time I finished the stuttering was occuring over 10 seconds and lasted for 5 seconds each. I had barely reached 150 population and the two AI undoubtedly had fewer units, so I do think that could have caused the issue. Plus I have faced no performance loss in vanilla AoE3. Is this to be expected?
