Age of Empires DE Spectator Problem

Hi guys.

I'm having problems spectating games. This happens in ANY game I try to spectate. Basically I cant change point of views, I'm stuck spectating "Gaia". My game completely bugs out meaning I cant press any of the top right menu/option buttons. I have to end-task the game from Task Manager. If I move the cursor it makes this weird clicking sound. Very weird bug. I tried "Verifiying game file integrity" thing. I then uninstalled the game and re-installed. Still getting the same bug. Can someone help out please?
