Recording/Streaming advice for low end setup?

Greetings everyone, I like playing Age of Empires 2 DE and am thinking to start recording and streaming just for fun. But my Dell Inspiron 3543 that has following specs is quite inadequate for this purpose. Specs - 5th gen i5 8 gigs RAM Intel HD 5500 graphics card (Integrated) 1TB HDD 2.7 GHz Processor. For the time being, can you give me some advice(s) so that i can atleast be able to record it properly, if not directly stream. Thank you in advance😁
