Strange lag at aoe2 conquerors 1.5 patch

when I play at any resolution (it doesn't matter whether it's 1980 or 1024) other than 800x600, the game is lagging, the camera moves terribly, the commands take about 1 second to respond and the animations are slow, I don't think it's my pc before it It played perfectly besides that it does not matter if this 4 vs 4 on a gigantic map or 1 vs 1 on a small map always goes the same unless it is with (800 x 600) is there a patch to solve it or something?
