Problem with hotkeys

Listing a few minor issues I have with AOM:EE. Anyone with similar problems? Can it be fixed?

1. Units are going into spread formation by accident. I have a military building on ALT-X and I think that is the problem. Did a few attempts to rebind hotkeys but the problem keep coming back.
2. After attack-move command I need to deselect units or else they will take whatever I do next as a new command. I cant really explain it, something weird is going on.
3. Ejected units don't go to the gather points. Happens like in 2/10 cases. Eject with TAB from TC and units just stand there.
