It appears that this issue arose after a Steam API relating to rankings was changed, which caused a conflict with Age II HD. We’ve been working with our engineering partners at Steam and have validated that the Age II HD software is functioning correctly. However, there are still some known issues preventing the systems from communicating properly. The teams are working together to get that resolved, but we currently don’t have a timeline for a fix.

We understand the frustration, and really appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for the community! I will update this thread as soon as we have more information.
