I've been playing this game so much lately that whenever I close my eyes, I see a town center surrounded by idle villagers.

Is this normal?

On a slightly more serious note, I've been trying to beat a hard difficulty AI in Arena 1v1 for the past 3 days. I've had no luck. Any tips?
