I think it's fair to say that resources never truly run out in AoE3 like gold and stone do in AoE2. The closest you can say is that you can deforest the whole map in AoE3, but then you can have your factories and trade posts bring in wood for you.
Do you think this move to unlimited resources makes AoE3 better or more fun to play than AoE2?
