Just finished a 1v1v1 arena, where me and the other player didn't realise you couldn't progress past feudal.
Red literally just walled off with about 50 towers and spammed skirmishers or scouts for about 2 hours. I left the game running in the background for 40 minutes, queued up a load of farms and saw he only attacked once.
Pro tip - check the game conditions before you play :(
