The proper numbers of settlers on different resources

Hi

I didn't play the game for 3 years now, and since my semester has ended I decided to start this game again. However I mostly forgot-or at least I'm not certain about the proper numbers of settlers for the different tactics, can someone pls help me out? I'll write down what comes to my mind but I'm really rusty and I might be off here and there.

So I should mostly age up with 14-15 settlers.(villagers?)Before getting the age up in queue everyone is on food right?

After the age up is queued how many of them should be moved to gold and wood if I do a naked ff ? 3-4 on gold during age up, and gathering 100-200 wood if I didn't choose the 400 wood option for age up.

If I do like an xbow rush approximately half of the villagers should be on wood right?
