I just don’t get how they decided to balance civs for AoE De

I mean there are 4 civs which at least deserve radical changes and those are :

Khmer Vietnamese Saracens Portuguese

Some of them didn’t receive any buff or just minor changes.

The should try to get each civ a 50% win rate. Needing the strong and buffing the weak ones.

I would like to see more diversity in tournaments. They have to change things.
