[DE] Bug - Can't Win Honfoglalas

Was wondering if anyone else ran into this issue - I've defeated 2 of the large factions (in fact I went for all 3 since I didn't get the win after the second one) and it's not giving me the win screen for some reason. All the other players are defeated but the game is still going. Here's how I played the scenario, maybe I messed something up in there:

• Do a bit of raiding on Orange (mostly to get my paths from production buildings out of their aggro range).
• Focus on Yellow, whittle them down until they are basically a non-issue (only the northern TC and the Castles and Barracks up there).
• Proceed to wipe out Orange so I can get Castle Age.
• Start building up a town in Yellow's former base while building up my army and defending against Red's attacks.
• Eliminate Yellow and push into Red's base while getting Imperial.
• When Red is nearly wiped out, I decide to declare war on Green (since I remember in FE Honfoglalas you have to fight the Bulgarians at the behest of the Byzantines).
• I fight Green until they resign, at this point I've defeated the Avars, Moravia, and Bulgaria, but still no win.
• I wipe out Red, still nothing.

There was no dialogue when I got 2/2 factions defeated either, I wonder if a trigger never fired?
Also got a few CTDs during this game, seemingly at random points.
