Looking for a game for 4 friends with no time

Hi guys,

My friends and I used to play a lot on PC to many games like BF (2 and 3), Age of Empires, Ark, Arma, Space Engineers and many others.

Now we all have jobs in different cities and rarely we manage to meet each other. So we were thinking about taking 1 day per week to play together online/locally, just like old times.

I would like to ask if you have any suggestions for a game with "no effort", where there's no progression/experience, you just get it and play with others. It doesn't have to be a new game, just something you can just turn on and play for a few hours with your friends.
