Voobly match, not logged, was it rigged?

I won a rated voobly match today, and I left the game after winning and hosted a game. I didn't see elo added, so I figure there was a delay. 2 games later, both of those elo's factored in, but the elo from the first game still hasn't registered.

I walked away and ate dinner and came back and it's still not there. So I checked my profile and took a look at the matches area and it wasn't there either.

Can someone rig a game to where the match itself, let alone elo, is not registered? Does that happen?
