Enhanced graphics blurred out in the DE graphics menu?

Hello. I'm playing on steam and can't seem to figure out how to enable the enhanced graphics option. As you can see here screenshot I can easily run the game on 1080p ultra settings(benchmark around 1200 ,dont remember the exact numer) and I'll like to go a step further.

I read somewhere that Anti aliasing needs to be disabled but I tried that also and it doesn't enable the option.

I'm running a 7700K CPU with a GTX 1080, so don't think my specs are an issue
