What is the equivalent to "Normal Queue" here in AOE2?

I'm "new" to playing aoe2 online (I played the campaigns 15 years ago when I was a child)

I have been playing ranked games of League of Legends for the last 6 years, last year I reached Master and suddenly my interest in the game diminished, so I want to try new things here in AOE2. I'm already getting to know the memes (11)

In LoL you have a Normal Queue (for practice, not so serious, etc.) and Ranked Queue, I have already played some ranked games here in AOE2 but I'm struggling to even maintain a 50% win rate due to my lack of experience.

Some people suggest that I should be able to beat the Hard AI before trying ranked and I'm already capable of doing that consistently, but people online do not play like the AI (some are even worse 11)

Also, I don't know if this is relevant, but I play in DE.

TLDR: Where can I play non ranked games to practice?
