In the main menu select Historical Battles and then mission Vinlandsaga.
Once you start make sure you build a Transport Boat from the Dock and place a unit in it.
Using the Transport Boat head north-east. Follow the edge of the map up until you see land and Ice, unload your ship and send you unit along the map edge until you reach a smull clump of trees and the penguin can be found on the edge of this wooded area.
