There is a spawn cheater called Underachievers who plays with Jolly4 and Natedawg1313
He is a spawn cheater who is able to spawn gatling guns without Revolting, and Settler Wagons as China. He is able to just spawn units right in the TC of your case or anywhere else on the map.
I dont think there is a way to report this guy so I've built walls around the map to keep him busy and went afk.
