How can I create a scenario that utilizes a specific mod pack in the HD edition?

I found the possibilities the Age of Thrones mod delivers quite intruiging (units that produce gold when fighting... <3). However I do not seem to be able to create a custom scenario for that mod (or any other dataset besides original and expansions). Is there a trick to make this work? o.O
