Some textures missing for Wars of Liberty?

Hey everyone,

Just yesterday myself and a friend decided to finally give Wars of Liberty a go after playing vanilla for longer than humanly possible. After installing and running the updater we were able to play perfectly fine and have been enthralled with all the new civs.

My issue is, upon playing America I noticed that upgrading the outposts to pillboxes, the ships to battleships, and walls to razor wire that no textures had changed. They still looked like old vanilla units/buildings. However, looking online I see people with what looks to be the what the buildings and units should look like.

So I ask, was there a file that I missed or is some of the textures just not available at this current moment?
