Persian Campaign Idea

I was wondering what you guys thought of this Persian Campaign idea. Basically what I am thinking is a story of a Persian warrior who fights in the Great Sassanid-Byzantine War 602-628 and who converts to Islam and takes part in the Muslim invasions.

So the structure could be like this:

Scenarios 1-4 Play as Persians fighting various campaigns v Byzantium taking Jerusalem, Egypt, etc.

At the end of scenario 4, the main character is captured by Arab auxiliaries of the Byzantine army. These auxiliaries convert to Islam and join the Rashidun Caliphate.

Scenario 5 Play as Saracens and fight the Byzantines at Battle of Yarmouk in which Arabs take the Levant and invade Egypt after.

Scenario 6 Play as Saracens and fight Persians at Qadisiyah and take over Persian Empire.

I think it would be a cool way to navigate classical and medieval Persian culture and history.
